Time

Time seems to pass us by, but it's not so.
It presses us to duties, and never lets go.
It's time to go to work, time to go home;
answer the doorbell, answer the phone.
Never enough time for the things we want;
to travel, to fish, or time to hunt.
Time is always there to keep us a slave
to everything around us; so we better behave!
Because; without time where would we be?
We would never get rich, and we would never be free.
